1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of digital marketing services under the Unlimited Lead Generation Package — North Star Framework ("Services") provided by Unlimitely ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to the Client ("you", "your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services provided

2.1 Meta Ads setup and management

We create, set up, and manage Meta advertising campaigns, develop ad creatives and copy, implement lead capture forms, optimise campaigns, and monitor performance. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta by the Client and is not included in service fees unless agreed in writing.

2.2 CRM provision

We provide access to a CRM system to capture leads, manage pipelines, and track performance. The CRM remains the property of Unlimitely unless otherwise agreed. Access may be revoked upon termination.

2.3 Nurturing sequences

We implement automated SMS and/or email nurturing sequences to follow up with leads and support conversions. The Client is responsible for closing sales.

2.4 Implementation timeline

Campaigns typically go live within 7 days of onboarding, subject to timely information, approvals, and payment.

3. Client responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate information, respond promptly, handle leads professionally, maintain legal compliance, and pay agreed fees on time. Unlimitely is not responsible for the Client's ability to close sales.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee specific lead numbers, revenue, sales, or ROI. Results depend on external factors. Past results are illustrative only.

5. No refund policy

All payments are non-refundable. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, performance concerns, business changes, or early termination.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed in writing. Late payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Cancellation policy

Clients may cancel at any time with written notice. Services continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time. Campaigns and CRM access may be paused or revoked upon cancellation.

8. Intellectual property

All systems, frameworks, creatives, and strategies remain the intellectual property of Unlimitely unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of liability

Unlimitely shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
